Congratulations on your commitment to Cambridge MMA & Submission Grappling Club! We understand that circumstances may change, and if you ever need to cancel your membership, here's what you need to know:

Membership Renewal:

After your initial 3 commitment, your membership will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis.

Cancellation Notice:

When you decide to cancel, simply email us with your notice to quit. Please keep in mind that you will be billed for one more complete month after sending your cancellation notice.

Example:

• Payment Day: 5th of the month
• Cancellation Email Date: 15th of the month

In this scenario, you would pay the next bill on the following 5th of the month, and your membership would cease 30 days after that.

This process is essential for managing our cash flow and ensuring the smooth operation of the club, including paying our rent on time.
